Two people dead at Burning Man 2026
Another person was reported to have injured themselves by falling from a tower at the festival.

Two people have reportedly died at this year’s edition of Burning Man festival in separate incidents.
The first person was reported to have died on Saturday (September 5) following a “medical emergency.” His name will not be made public until his family has been notified of his death.
According to the festival, the man – described as being in his mid-50s – immediately received “lifesaving measures, and was transported to the onsite center for emergency care where he was pronounced deceased.”
