But where a driver sees chaos, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.freddufour.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-reactid=\"223\">Fred Dufour<\/a> sees beauty, even order.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It&#8217;s impressive, all the layers, stacked one by one,&#8221; the Getty photographer says. &#8220;From above, it&#8217;s impressive, too.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>He makes a compelling argument. The Huangjuewan opened last month on the outskirts of Chongqing, a sprawling city in southwest China. The highest of the interchange&#8217;s five levels soars 12 stories overhead, and the 20 lanes send cars this way and that.
