Squarepusher Announces New Album\u00a0Damogen Furies<\/i>, Shares New Track<\/h1>\n

Since 2012\u2019s\u00a0Ufabulum<\/i>, prolific English producer Squarepusher (Tom Jenkinson) has been relatively quiet. He released the\u00a0Music for Robots<\/i>\u00a0EP last year, a composition written by Jenkinson and performed by three Z-Machine robots, but that didn\u2019t quite sate the die-hard fans in the interim. Squarepusher has announced that he will be returning with a proper LP, titled\u00a0Damogen Furies<\/i>, on April 20 via Warp Records.<\/p>\n

In addition to the exciting album announcement, Squarepusher has made the lead single \u201cRayc Fire 2\u201d available as a free download on his\u00a0website<\/a>. The song continues in the direction of the\u00a0Ufabulum<\/i>\u00a0material, with utterly mind-bending future sounds moving along at a frenetic and glitchy pace. It\u2019s a jarring trip through technology, and hints that\u00a0Damogen Furies<\/i>\u00a0will be an intense listening experience, to say the least.<\/p>\n
