After a successful\u00a0<a style=\"color: #3399cc;\" href=\"http:\/\/online.wsj.com\/articles\/dotcom-bail-upheld-against-u-s-claims-1417415249\" target=\"_blank\">bail hearing<\/a>, the\u00a0<a style=\"color: #3399cc;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.engadget.com\/2012\/01\/19\/federal-prosecutors-shut-down-megaupload-file-sharing-site-foun\/\" target=\"_blank\">Megaupload founder<\/a>\u00a0is announcing that he will help launch a version of his\u00a0<a style=\"color: #3399cc;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.engadget.com\/2014\/03\/27\/kim-dotcom-internet-party\/\" target=\"_blank\">Internet Party<\/a>\u00a0in the US next year. The political party, which failed to gain a seat in New Zealand&#8217;s most recent elections, stands on a platform of internet freedom, free university education and the decriminalization of cannabis.
