Though it was \u201conly\u201d -7.8<strong>\u00b0<\/strong>C (18\u00a0<strong>\u00b0<\/strong>F), a sharp eastern wind was enough to freeze a large quantity of fish in place.<\/p>\n<p id=\"yui_3_9_1_1_1390492857621_1251\">This is not the first instance of an animal being caught frozen in a Norwegian body of water. Last week, Inger Sj\u00f8berg, came across a moose stuck and frozen in Kosmo Lake. Poor guy.
