James Frey<\/strong>\u00a0is from Cleveland. He has written four books. His work is published in 41 languages and 110 countries.<\/p>\n

Kathryn Harrison<\/strong>\u00a0has written the novels\u00a0Thicker Than Water<\/em>,\u00a0Exposure<\/em>,\u00a0Poison<\/em>,\u00a0The Binding Chair<\/em>,\u00a0The Seal Wife<\/em>, and\u00a0Envy<\/em>. Her autobiographical work includes\u00a0The Kiss<\/em>,\u00a0Seeking Rapture<\/em>,\u00a0The Road to Santiago<\/em>, and\u00a0The Mother Knot<\/em>. She has also written a biography,\u00a0St. Th\u00e9r\u00e8se of Lisieux<\/em>, and, most recently, a book of true crime,While They Slept: An Inquiry into the Murder of a Family<\/em>. She lives in New York with her husband, the novelist Colin Harrison, and their three children.<\/p>\n

Meredith Maran<\/strong>\u00a0is the author of nine nonfiction books and the acclaimed novel\u00a0A Theory of Small Earthquakes<\/em>. She\u2019s been writer-in-residence at UCLA and the Mabel Dodge Luhan House, and a fellow at Yaddo and MacDowell, among other artist colonies. Her writing appears regularly in the\u00a0Boston Globe<\/em>, the\u00a0Chicago Tribune<\/em>, the\u00a0San Francisco Chronicle<\/em>\u00a0and\u00a0People<\/em>.<\/p>\n
