OH. MY. GOSH. It&#8217;s incredible! It&#8217;s innovative! It&#8217;s&#8230; disgusting. Seriously. Mashed potatoes from what&#8217;s essentially a modified espresso machine? To borrow a colorful Valley Girl phrase from the 80s, &#8220;gag me with a spoon.&#8221; Actually, gag me with anything&#8211;as long as it&#8217;s not 7-11&#8217;s mashed potatoes. Are we so desperate for food that&#8217;s convenient that we&#8217;re willing to ignore the fact that\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.bonappetit.com\/recipes\/2011\/11\/fluffiest-mashed-potatoes\" target=\"_blank\">mashed potatoes<\/a>\u00a0should\u00a0<em>not<\/em>\u00a0dribble out of a nozzle?
