Roastmaster<strong>Glenn O\u2019Brien<\/strong>\u00a0gave a masterful speech, toasting the guest of honor with witty one-liners &#8212; some borrowed from Prince\u2019s own paintings &#8212; and a comic reading of the actual jokes contained in\u00a0<strong>Sigmund Freud<\/strong>\u2019s\u00a0<em>Wit and Its Relation to the Unconscious<\/em>. &#8220;Many of us consider Uncle Miltie to be the originator of appropriation,&#8221; O\u2019Brien noted. &#8220;He was really an archivist, he assembled the\u00a0<em>Milton Berle Private Joke File<\/em>, which contains over 10,000 jokes, only a small percentage of which have been appropriated by Richard Prince, the Milton Berle of art.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; line-height: 14px; font-size: 12px\" class=\"Apple-style-span\">Accompanying O\u2019Brien on the piano was jazzman\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; line-height: 14px; font-size: 12px\" class=\"Apple-style-span\"><strong>Robert Aaron<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; line-height: 14px; font-size: 12px\" class=\"Apple-style-span\">.
