Suspect, 21, told police he \u201cwas just swagging\u201d<\/h2>\n

AUGUST 18–An Indiana man was arrested last night after cops spotted him with his pants \u201cpulled down to his knees\u201d and his boxer shorts exposed.<\/p>\n

Demetrius Russ, 21, was sitting on top of an electrical box talking on his phone when approached by cop Daniel Green. According to an\u00a0Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department report<\/a>, after Russ ignored Green\u2019s repeated requests to provide ID, he announced, \u201cYou can\u2019t ask me for shit.\u201d Green reported telling Russ that he was \u201csitting on private property with his pants pulled down on top of an electrical box.\u201d<\/p>\n

When Green asked why his pants were so droopy, Russ noted that he \u201cwas just swagging.\u201d The officer replied that, \u201cswagging did not involve exposing your genitals through your boxers because your pants were pulled down all the way.\u201d The term \u201cswagging\u201d generally refers to getting your drink on.<\/p>\n

During his interaction with Green, a \u201cbelligerent\u201d Russ allegedly cursed frequently and called the cop \u201cnigga and muthafucker on several occasions.\u201d While police contended that Russ appeared drunk, he claimed to have only consumed \u201cone 40 ounce.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n
