Amazon is testing a new program that will tabulate and rank underline passages like a scoreboard.<\/p>\n<p>Amazon recently launched a &#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/kindle.amazon.com\/popular_highlights\" target=\"_blank\">&#8220;Most Highlighted Passages of All Time&#8221;<\/a>&#8221; feature that showcases the book passages underlined by Kindle readers&#8211;a 21st Century twist on literary quotation. So far, the list has been dominated by bestselling books:\u00a0<em>The Shack<\/em>\u00a0by\u00a0<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.mediabistro.com\/William-P-Young-profile.html\" target=\"_blank\">William P.
