Based on the Negative Experience Index from their\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.gallup.com\/178667\/gallup-world-poll-work.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">World Poll<\/a>, analytics firm Gallup in 2022\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/news.gallup.com\/poll\/394025\/world-unhappier-stressed-ever.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">declared<\/a>\u00a0the &#8220;World Unhappier, More Stressed Out Than Ever.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Ever?<\/em>\u00a0Can this possibly be true? Over the two-decade life of the World Poll, sure. But the human race has endured world wars, famine, and plague in the past thousand years. Tens of thousands of years prior, humans scraped out an existence as nomadic hunter-gathers. Food, shelter, and health were rarely guaranteed.
