Survivor, Lullaby<\/em>&nbsp;and the rest of Chuck Palahniuk\u2019s catalog. Rachel Cusk\u2019s books. James Frey\u2019s controversial&nbsp;<em>A Million Little Pieces<\/em>, the cover that helped launch Corral into ubiquity.
