(TTUI) is seeking a proactive judgement from a U.S. District Court in Massachusetts validating its use of a mural by&nbsp;Richard Wyrgatsch II, better known to his fans as OG Slick, in its&nbsp;Worcester, Massachusetts city edition of Monopoly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wyrgatsch painted the mural as part of the 2018\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.discovercentralma.org\/profile\/og-slick-pow-wow-mural\/\" target=\"_blank\">POW!
