NEW YORK<\/strong> – A Walmart worker quit in a profanity-laced tirade over the Louisiana store\u2019s loudspeakers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Beth McGrath\u2019s posted the video of her resignation on Facebook.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Attention Walmart shoppers and associates, my name is Beth from electronics,” Beth McGrath said over the store\u2019s PA system.  “I\u2019ve been working at Walmart for almost five years and I can say that everyone here is overworked and underpaid.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In a Facebook video she posted of the stunt, McGrath said, “The attendance policy is bulls\u2013t. We\u2019re treated from management and customers poorly every day.  Whenever we have a problem with it, we\u2019re told that we\u2019re replaceable.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“I\u2019m tired of the constant gaslighting,” McGrath went on to say. “This company treats their elderly associates like s\u2013t. To Jarred, our store manager, you\u2019re a pervert. Greta and Kathy, shame on y’all for treating our associates the way you do. I hope you don\u2019t speak to your families the way you speak to us.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She ended the 1:11 video with “F\u2013k management and f\u2013k this job. I quit.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She posted the video on Facebook with the comment, “On to better things.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thousands of people have responded to her post. \u00a0McGrath posted a follow-up video thanking everyone who had commented, liked, and shared the post.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
