It has hit that mark\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.usbr.gov\/lc\/region\/g4000\/hourly\/mead-elv.html\" target=\"_blank\">only a handful of times<\/a>\u00a0since the Hoover Dam was finished in the 1930s, but it always recovered shortly after.
