Everything would work out, of course\u2014in just a few years, Oliver Stone won the Academy Award for Best Director for&nbsp;<\/em>Platoon<em>, which also won Best Picture. Pacino and Bregman continued their long professional collaboration with&nbsp;<\/em>Sea of Love<em>&nbsp;and another De Palma film,&nbsp;<\/em>Carlito\u2019s Way<em>.&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>De Palma\u2019s next film after&nbsp;<\/em>Scarface<em>&nbsp;was&nbsp;<\/em>Body Double<em>, another very \u201980s, freakishly watchable film that wasn\u2019t an immediate success but has earned a ravenous cult following. And soon after he made another Al Capone-indebted gangster epic (one that got more initial respect than&nbsp;<\/em>Scarface<em>),&nbsp;<\/em>The Untouchables<em>.
